We only accept credit cards through the shopping cart. If using
a credit card, please fill in the number and expiration date

Shipping Procedures & Policies:
Shipment of all products is usually immediate: However, sometimes
back orders do occur. When an item is back ordered we will notify
you immediately that there will be a delay and how long that
delay will be. If payment is made by personal check then shipment
will be delayed until the check clears the bank. Generally personal
checks take 7 days to clear before shipment is made.
Shipping - Continental - U.S. Orders:
Regular Delivery - 3 to 5 Days; We ship your order UPS, Fed
Ex or Priority Mail. Most orders will be delivered within 3-5
business days of receiving your order.
Shipping Rates - U.S. Only:
For the U.S. only - we charge a flat rate of $4.99 for each
order.
Shipping - Outside the Cont. US and Internationally:
These orders will require additional shipping charges. Please

Return Policy
Please carefully inspect the merchandise immediately upon receipt.
If any item does not meet your approval, simply return it to
TECH-OPTICS, INC., within 10-days for a refund (less 10% restocking
fee or full credit towards another purchase). Shipping, handling
and COD charges are non-refundable. Return shipping and insurance
costs are the responsibility of the customer. No returned parcels
will be accepted freight collect or COD. TECH-OPTICS, INC. is
not responsible for returned merchandise that is damaged in
shipping.
Important: You must contact TECH-OPTICS, INC., for a return
authorization number. Without this number, returned merchandise
will be refused. This number must appear on the outside of the
returned box. Be sure to enclose a copy of your original invoice
with your returned merchandise. All items returned for exchange
or refund must be new and must include the original packaging
materials.
Refunds or credits will be adjusted accordingly in the event
items are missing or damaged. Special orders, close-outs and
products sold " as is " cannot be returned. Items
received by TECH-OPTICS, INC., which have been damaged as a
result of inadequate packaging or neglect by the customer, will
be returned to the customer.
TECH-OPTICS, INC., reserves the right to refuse the merchandise,
re-ship the merchandise to the customer, or charge a 25% restocking
fee under the following conditions:
1) the merchandise was received by TECH-OPTICS, INC., after
the 10-day trial period. The 10-day period begins once the merchandise
is received by or for the customer from the shipping carrier
till the time that TECH-OPTICS, INC., receives the merchandise
back at its facilities.
2) The return authorization number was not visible on the outside
of the box.
3) The merchandise was incomplete, damaged, used, worn, torn,
broken or scratched.
4) The original invoice was not included.
5) The merchandise was ordered by credit card and order was
canceled after credit card was processed.
6) The merchandise was ordered but delivery was refused by
or for the customer.

does not and will not sell, release or give away any of its
customer's information including customer name, address, phone
